Jim Petersen
Co-Founder of Gold Stream LLC, Jim has an extensive background in business that includes over 15 years of experience in creating, developing, constructing and managing commercial real estate projects.
Ryan Hammer
Recently located to the Phoenix area from Idaho, Ryan takes on the role of Superintendent for the Gold Stream Construction Phoenix location. A fourth-generation plumber, Ryan was born and raised in Mountain Home, Idaho. He has 18 years of construction experience, six of those spent managing large commercial projects for a local plumbing company in Boise, Idaho. Still getting to know and exploring the Phoenix area, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, snowmobiling, water skiing and hiking.
Maranda Bartlett
Maranda was born and raised in Arizona. After graduating high school, she spent 5 years travelling; visiting over 25 countries and residing in 4 different countries. Maranda came to GSC after 8 years off and on in the mortgage/real estate industry. She is looking forward to her future at GSC and growing a career in construction.
Maranda enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, hiking, and golfing.
Ken Petersen
Ken Petersen brings over 38 years of residential construction experience to the team, along with a deep passion for building high-quality homes. Originally from Canada, Ken has performed and managed hundreds of home builds and has a rare, hands-on understanding of what it takes to deliver lasting quality.
He’s owned and operated four successful construction companies and has built a strong reputation for being hardworking, reliable, and solutions-focused. Certified and highly experienced, Ken specializes in energy-efficient building practices and is always looking for ways to improve both the process and the final product.
As a Construction Consultant, Ken supports our new home builds by offering expert guidance and detailed instruction to our executive and management teams. His knowledge, experience, and practical insight make him an incredible asset to our project.
