MEET THE GOLD STREAM CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Jim Petersen

PRESIDENT

Co-Founder of Gold Stream LLC, Jim has an extensive background in business that includes over 15 years of experience in creating, developing, constructing and managing commercial real estate projects.

Chris Keeble

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Chris brings 20+ years of combined residential and commercial project management experience to his role as Director of Construction here at Gold Stream Construction. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Northern Arizona University and has managed projects in 18 different states. Chris enjoys the outdoors, camping, fishing, boating, biking, and most importantly snowboarding.

Hannah Sears

PROJECT MANAGER

Born and raised in Utah, Hannah joined Gold Stream Construction in October of 2019 as a Project Engineer. In her current role as Project Manager, Hannah is OSHA 30 Certified and a member of ABC Young Professionals. Hannah graduated with an associate degree in science at Dixie State University and worked in real estate before joining the GSC team. When she is not at work, you can find Hannah either traveling, snowboarding, paddle boarding, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Scott Rollins

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Scott joined Gold Stream Construction as General Superintendent in June 2021. Growing up in New Hampshire, Scott is an avid outdoorsman and adventurer. He moved West after graduating from Unity College in Maine. Scott began his career as an apprentice carpenter remodelling high end homes outside of Boston. He moved into an Assistant Superintendent role through his time on a new Luxury 55+ community project in Winchester, MA before joining the Gold Stream Construction team last year.

Andrew Buckner

SUPERINTENDENT

Originally from Houston, Texas, Andy has spent most of his life in North Georgia. He attended Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, where he graduated with a BA in History. Shortly after college, Andy got involved in the construction industry, and has primarily worked in multi-family and hospitality.

Andy joined Gold Stream Construction in 2020. In his spare time he enjoys being outdoors, playing hockey, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.

Noah Curry

PROJECT ENGINEER

Noah accepted his role as Project Engineer after being offered an opportunity to relocate from Phoenix, AZ to Southern Utah. Graduating from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in Community Planning and Development, Noah is eager to begin his professional career and to utilize his design and construction knowledge to deliver exceptional custom homes. If you can’t find Noah buried in his work, you’ll be sure to catch him enjoying the outdoors or bouldering at your local climbing gym! 

Ryan Hammer

SUPERINTENDENT, PHOENIX AZ

Recently located to the Phoenix area from Idaho, Ryan takes on the role of Superintendent for the Gold Stream Construction Phoenix location. A fourth-generation plumber, Ryan was born and raised in Mountain Home, Idaho. He has 18 years of construction experience, six of those spent managing large commercial projects for a local plumbing company in Boise, Idaho. Still getting to know and exploring the Phoenix area, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, snowmobiling, water skiing and hiking.

Maranda Bartlett

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Maranda was born and raised in Arizona. After graduating high school, she spent 5 years travelling; visiting over 25 countries and residing in 4 different countries. Maranda came to GSC after 8 years off and on in the mortgage/real estate industry. She is looking forward to her future at GSC and growing a career in construction.

Maranda enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, hiking, and golfing.

Monica Kastner

Monica Kastner

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Monica was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She moved to Utah 21 years ago. Monica recently joined the GSC team as an accounting assistant and brings in prior experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Monica received her associate degree in accounting from Salt Lake Community College, where she also received the Most Outstanding Student Award in her final year there. Monica has been a volunteer at Westminster Tax Clinic doing Individual Income Tax returns for people in the community.

When Monica is not at work, she is taking care of her husband and 5 kids with their after-school programs, doing homework, taking them places, and cooking for them. In her spare time, Monica especially enjoys doing Zumba, spending time with her family, traveling, watching tv, doing puzzles, and just chilling out.
